Total spending on Wisconsin’s pivotal Supreme Court race has reached more than $81 million, including more than $17 million by groups funded by Trump adviser Elon Musk.

Threats against election officials in the U.S. have risen to such a level that those attending a conference this week in Wisconsin were not given the agenda until after they arrived, were warned not to wear their name tags in public and were shuttled to an undisclosed location for trivia night.

Wisconsin Republicans are working to discredit the bipartisan system they created to run elections in the state after President Joe Biden narrowly won last year's presidential race.
