Investigators found a Polaris Ranger ATV carrying two passengers had left the roadway for an unknown reason and crashed into a pole, a report showed. A 26-year-old female was ejected from the ATV as a result of the crash and was taken to a hospital where she later died. The driver of the ATV, a 57-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, troopers said.
