According to Titusville police, officers were called to the area and found one teen suffering from a gunshot wound. Multiple people who were nearly hit by the hail of bullets called 911. Another victim called 911 and told dispatchers “someone just shot my car up.” She said she was at her friend’s home with her mother when a car pulled up and persons shot at her Ford Fusion. The victim said someone was “hanging out of the window” shooting at another car and her vehicle was caught in the crossfire.

State Attorney Andrew Warren in Tampa said that his office wont be filing charges against 67 protesters who were arrested two weeks ago in downtown Tampa. The prosecutors office will also work to expunge the arrest records of the protesters who were taken into custody, he said. In these unlawful assembly cases, there is no value in filing charges, Warren said at a news conference.
