Crosier said he also wants to preserve the rich history of the area and encourage other people in the area to open small businesses. “I just hope everybody can last longer enough to see the full effect of the changes,” Crosier said. “We are trying to make sure we maintain the small businesses that are in Parramore,” Hill said.
