The driver of the SUV, identified as Garey Graham, said the Jeep cut him off and a road rage incident ensued, the report stated.

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Flagler County deputies say a road-rage incident on Interstate 95 led them to discover an “arsenal of weapons” and a “trafficking amount of drugs” in the suspect vehicle. Deputies said they pulled over the Hyundai shortly after the road-rage incident was reported and found 26-year-old Kelvisha Renarda Johnson in the driver’s seat and 24-year-old Ruvon Anthony Washington in the passenger’s seat. “Not only did they have an arsenal of weapons and a trafficking amount of drugs in the car, but they carelessly and dangerously exposed a gun to an innocent driver on the highway,” Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said. “When you mix guns and trafficking amounts of drugs, nothing good comes out of that combination. Johnson is facing charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and carrying a concealed weapon.

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Flagler County deputies say they’re looking for a driver who opened fire on a van during a road-rage shooting on Palm Coast Parkway. The shooting was reported Tuesday at about 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of Palm Coast Parkway and Harbor Center Way. Deputies said the victim, who was in a white cargo-style van, noticed a dark-colored sedan driving aggressively. Deputies said the victim and her passenger called 911 Tuesday afternoon to report a man driving recklessly on U.S. 1. He keeps stopping in front of me.”The frame of the victim’s passenger side mirror was cracked when the man threw an object at it, records show. “He just threw something at my car,” the 911 caller is heard yelling to the operator. Officials from the Brevard County Jail said he posted his $15,500 bond before he had to appear before a judge Wednesday.

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – A road-rage driver who caused a crash while merging onto Interstate 95 held a man who was in the other vehicle at gunpoint and ordered him to the ground, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. The Jeep driver said she couldn’t speed up because there were other vehicles in front of her. Costin then cut off the Jeep, forcing the Jeep driver off the road, according to the report. The affidavit said the Jeep driver and Costin’s wife both stayed in the vehicles and called 911 to report what happened. Costin surrendered himself to the Brevard County Jail Monday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.

Deputies said a pickup truck and SUV were traveling east on Lake Ned Road when the pickup truck stopped suddenly. “The occupants of the SUV told detectives that the pickup came to a sudden stop, which forced the SUV to stop suddenly. According to deputies, the driver of the SUV feared the other driver was coming to kill him. “(The SUV driver) grabbed a firearm from a dash compartment, pointed it out of his window toward the other driver, and fired,” deputies said. Witnesses said they heard three gunshots, with one of the witnesses saying he heard a man yell, “I don’t want to kill you!” and a female yell, “Don’t kill him, don’t kill him!”The man suffered a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen and was taken to a hospital, but he died a short time later, officials said.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was beaten unconscious in a road-rage attack after he was involved in a crash with another vehicle and now, deputies are looking for the culprit, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the victim told the man he didn’t mean to hit his car and he could contact law enforcement to file a report and the man replied, “What are we going to do? Deputies said when the victim awoke, the man and two women had left in the vehicle and his cellphone had been stolen. On Tuesday, deputies released a sketch of the culprit, adding that they believe he intentionally struck the victim’s vehicle. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office offered the following few safety tips to drivers in hopes of preventing similar incidents in the future:

When he examined his vehicle, he saw a bullet hole on the front driver’s side above the tire. Troopers said they examined the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and found a partially flattened bullet in the engine compartment. Troopers said the shooter was driving a maroon-colored pickup truck, likely a Toyota Tacoma. VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A driver intentionally ran over a man who confronted him during a road-rage dispute Tuesday evening then fled from deputies, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the victim and 26-year-old Dominque Garvin were traveling on Saxon Boulevard around 6 p.m. when Garvin nearly rear-ended the victim’s vehicle then repeatedly flashed his high beams. Deputies said the victim followed Garvin to the next red light then got out of his vehicle to confront him. A plastic jar containing 2.9 grams of marijuana was found in Garvin’s vehicle, according to authorities. Deputies said the victim suffered minor injuries, including a cut on his wrist and redness to his knee, but he did not require medical treatment.

LARGO, Fla. – A Florida man is accused of spitting food into a woman's mouth following a road rage incident. Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies arrested David Paul Wipperman, 61, Thursday on felony battery charges in the Oct. 29 incident. An arrest report says Wipperman got into a road rage incident with a woman that evening. He got out of his truck and approached the woman’s vehicle, deputies say. The report says Wipperman spit the food he was chewing at her, then opened the door and screamed at her, the arrest report says.
