PALM COAST, Fla. – Part of the leftmost northbound lane on Interstate 95 in Palm Coast was closed Saturday morning after an 18-wheeler left the road and struck a guardrail, spilling gallons of diesel fuel, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
The spill occurred at mile marker 291 and no injuries were reported in the crash, the sheriff’s office said at 6:41 a.m. on social media.

Drivers were advised to use caution as the shutdown was expected to last for several hours.
The semi and responding crews had cleared out of I-95 before noon, removing the shutdown.
