Driver sought after vehicle slams into Orlando yoga studio, police say

Crash into Warrior One business left vehicle damaged

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police are working to identify a suspect who crashed a vehicle into a yoga studio Wednesday night before driving away, leaving the vehicle nearby and taking off.

The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m., impacting the Warrior One business at 3012 Corrine Drive, police said in a statement.

Surveillance video shows a vehicle with at least two occupants slam into the business before slowly pulling away and taking off.

“So it’s two storefronts next to each other and then it’s all glass,” said studio general manager Danielle Cosgrove. “And then the one has a door in the middle and the other one in the center and it is odd because the driver went straight between the doors.”

After the vehicle crashed into Warrior One, it was driven from the scene, police said. Its description matched that of a heavily damaged vehicle that was located a short distance away, police said.

No injuries were reported.

Cosgrove says the crash has set them back. they now have to operate at about 30% capacity because of the damage.

“You know we have a team of 25 people and so we are really committed to staying open, keeping classes going, we do have some virtual classes,” said Cosgrove.

No other details have been shared or confirmed at the time of this report.
