Orlando police seek sedan that killed bicyclist in hit-and-run crash

Crash occurred on South Semoran Boulevard near Pershing Avenue

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police have shared videos showing a white sedan that investigators say struck and killed a bicyclist over the weekend.

The crash occurred around 11:15 p.m. Saturday on South Semoran Boulevard near Pershing Avenue, police said.

Police identified the victim Thursday as Charles Avery Murphy, 35.

The sedan is believed to have a damaged front bumper and windshield, police said. Two videos which we have combined and made viewable at the top of this story show the sedan first in the area of South Semoran Boulevard and Lake Margaret Drive, then near an unspecified Sedano’s parking lot, according to investigators.
