ORLANDO, Fla. – Ever been driving and when you approach a traffic light, it cycles a few times without changing your light?

This also happens to motorcycles or scooters quite often. Sometimes your vehicle may not be properly positioned at the traffic signal, other times it might be the traffic control device itself.
