HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A 1-year-old girl was killed early Friday in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 4 in Florida, troopers said.
The fatal wreck happened around 12:45 a.m. on I-4 east in Hillsborough County.

The Florida Highway Patrol said a 30-year-old Dundee woman was driving a Toyota RAV4 that was also carrying a 34-year-old Orlando woman, a 6-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and the 1-year-old.
A Jeep Cherokee driven by a 21-year-old Englewood woman was behind the Toyota and and collided with the rear of the vehicle as she tried to pass, the FHP said.
According to troopers, both drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospitals.
All three children were taken to a hospital, where the 1-year-old died, the FHP said.
The other children suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and the Orlando woman was not injured, according to troopers.
No other details have been released.
