ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A Deltona man on a motorcycle died early Monday when he tried to pass stopped traffic and collided with the side of a vehicle in an Orange County crash, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 6:20 a.m. on Sadler Road near Laughlin Road.

According to a crash report, a 2019 Ford E-450 was stopped on westbound Sadler Road to make a left turn onto Laughlin Road when the motorcyclist began to pass stopped traffic behind the Ford.
The motorcyclist was unable to stop when the Ford began to turn left and collided with the left side of the vehicle.
The 34-year-old Deltona man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ford driver was uninjured and stayed at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
