WINTER PARK, Fla. – A man was struck by a SunRail train Friday morning in Winter Park, according to police.
The man was crossing the intersection around 7:10 a.m. near Minnesota and Barnum avenues when he was hit by the train, the Winter Park Police Department said.

The man, whose age was not released, was taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
As of 9:48 a.m., SunRail said trains were delayed 20-30 minutes, but were running again.
Sunrail followed up shortly before 11 a.m. to announce all trains were back on schedule.
Due to the previous incident trains are currently delayed 20-30 mins. Bus bridge has ended, trains are on the move. We will continue to provide updates.
