Man on trial accused of letting son drive without a license before fatal Poinciana crash

A jury was selected Tuesday as the trial opened for 68-year-old Richard Ferguson, who is accused of allowing his then 15‑year‑old son to drive the family car before a Sept. 2023 crash in Poinciana.  Authorities say a 50‑year‑old woman and her three grandchildren were killed.
