Near-record warmth continues before another temperature drop

Rain chances return later Saturday

Near-record warmth Saturday

ORLANDO, Fla. – There won’t be much sunshine Saturday, but it will still be unseasonably warm. Even with mostly cloudy skies by the afternoon, highs jump into record territory again. Highs climb back into the low-to-mid 80s Saturday afternoon. A cold front will change things up again for Sunday and especially Monday and Tuesday.

While temperatures will be falling again next week, this cold front won’t be nearly as dramatic as the Christmas Eve front.

Clouds will be on the increase through the day Saturday, but most will be dry through the evening. A stray shower is possible by dinner, but most of the light rain will hold off until later in the evening and overnight. Rain chances will continue for the first half of Sunday before drying and clearing out Sunday evening.

Future radar

Highs Sunday top out in the low 70s.

Temperatures

Monday will start off much cooler with temperatures in the 40s. By Monday afternoon, temperatures only climb into the mid 60s. A gradual warm up returns for the end of the week.
