Windy weather set to chill Central Florida. Here’s how cold it could get

Wind Chill Advisory in effect for several counties until 9 a.m.

A cold front is sweeping through our area on Tuesday night, bringing in a significantly drier and cooler air mass.

On Wednesday morning, temperatures will drop noticeably, especially north of Interstate 4, where values are expected to reach the mid to upper 30s.

Northwest winds around 10 mph will lead to wind chills in the upper 20s in far northern Lake and Volusia county, extending into the low to mid-30s along I-4.

A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for inland Volusia, Lake, Seminole, and Orange counties until 9 a.m.

Orange County — particularly in the western and northern regions west of I-4 and the Orlando Metro Area — may experience cold wind chills.

South of I-4, temperatures are expected to range from the mid-40s to low 50s.  

The low for Orlando is 42.

No precipitation is forecasted for Wednesday.

High temperatures are anticipated to range in the 50s from Cocoa Beach to Lake Kissimmee northward, with low to mid-60s southward.
