The breeze is expected to pick up through the rest of the week, increasing out of the northwest to northeast between 10-20 mph with gusts upward of 30 mph.
Due to the strong breeze, seas will build to more hazardous conditions for boaters over the Atlantic. A small craft advisory is in place through Wednesday as seas could build to 5-8 feet and swells up to 11 feet. Conditions will remain poor for the rest of the workweek.
