ORLANDO, Fla. – The roller-coaster ride that Central Florida has been on for most of the winter and now into the start of spring looks to continue.
During the first few days of April, it will be very warm, with some of region climbing into record territory Tuesday as highs surge to near 90 degrees.
A strong cold front Wednesday, however, looks to change things up.
Behind the front Thursday, highs only top out in the low to mid-70s, about 5-10 degrees below normal.
By Friday, wake-up temperatures fall back into the 40s and 50s.
It will be a few degrees cooler than that Saturday morning.
On average, the last morning the Orlando area wakes up in the 40s in April 8.
As you may imagine, the 40s typically hang on longer northwest of I-4.
The 70s hang on through the upcoming weekend.
Enjoy it while it lasts!
