ORLANDO, Fla. – Hello, dry air! It’s a welcome break from the high humidity.
This weekend, dry air will continue to move across Central Florida. Afternoon highs will be in the lower 90s inland and upper 80s along the coast.
Expect plenty of sunshine, minimal rain and a minor heat risk.

Beach conditions aren’t ideal due to Hurricane Ernesto, with a high rip current risk on Saturday and a small craft advisory. Waves will be 3-4 feet, so swim near a lifeguard as rip currents can be dangerous.
Tonight will be pleasant with lows in the lower 70s. Sunday will be another nice day with a 20% chance of isolated showers and highs reaching the middle 90s as humidity starts to rise. The rest of the week will bring typical Central Florida weather with high heat, increased humidity and moderate to high chances of rain.
Pinpoint Tropics:
Hurricane Ernesto made landfall in Bermuda at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday with 85 mph winds and will continue to bring hurricane conditions to the island through the weekend. There are no tropical weather concerns or tropical threats for Central Florida.
