ORLANDO, Fla. – We’re looking at a sunny and dry start across Central Florida. Afternoon highs are expected to climb into the lower 90s by Friday afternoon.
Humidity will make it feel like triple digits in many places, such as 106 degrees in The Villages and 101 degrees in Orlando.
There is a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms in the metro area through Friday afternoon.
The holiday weekend forecast shows some showers around on Saturday but rain chances increase to 50-60% Sunday into Monday.
The rest of the week, afternoon highs stay in the lower 90s with moderate rain chances.
