ORLANDO, Fla. – Central Florida is in for some warm and humid conditions this weekend, with highs continuing to hover around 85 degrees in Orlando.
The weather should stay mostly dry for the most part, with just a slight chance of isolated showers.
If you’re planning to attend the Orlando Veterans Parade, it looks like the weather will cooperate—partly cloudy skies and comfortable temperatures.

Next week, the pattern is expected to change a bit, with two cool fronts moving through the region. These won’t be particularly strong, but they should be enough to bring some cooler and drier air, which will help to lower the temperatures and humidity.
Morning lows have been in the lower 70s recently, but after the fronts pass, we can expect morning temps to dip into the middle to upper 60s by Thursday, and possibly the lower 60s by the following Saturday.
That will certainly feel like a refreshing break from the warmth and humidity we’ve been experiencing. Overall, it looks like a warm weekend ahead, but with some relief on the horizon next week as those cold fronts arrive.
As for the tropics, Tropical Storm Rafael is weakening as it moves into an unfavorable environment and it’s expected to meander in the central Gulf of Mexico before eventually becoming a remnant low around midweek.
There’s also a weak tropical wave to the north of Hispaniola with a very low chance for tropical development in the next week.
