St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties. .River levels on the St Johns near Astor are forecast to hover around 3 feet as winds behind a passing cold front become north to northwesterly. The river is then forecast to resume a slow decline early next week as winds become lighter. Residents and interests along the Saint Johns River should continue to expect prolonged flood impacts.
