PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – Dolly Parton is set to bring her pirate-themed dinner-and-show to Florida in 2025, according to the chain’s website.

The website reports that land was acquired at Pier Park in Panama City Beach to build the venue for her “Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show.”

“I’m so excited about bringing this show to such a great destination,” Parton said. “With pirates, mermaids, exciting acrobatics, pyrotechnics, and even a few songs that I wrote, it’s a show that is perfect for all ages.”

According to the business, the venue — a 60,000-square-foot indoor theater with over 1,000 seats — will allow guests to enjoy dinner and a show featuring a battle between the “Crimson and Sapphire pirates.”

“Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show invites ye to join in our incredible adventure as our crews battle on land, on deck, in water, and high above full-sized pirate ships in a 15-foot deep indoor hideaway lagoon,” the restaurant’s website reads.

Two other locations have been opened previously in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

A nationwide talent search will begin in mid-2024 for the cast. The total cost for the project is expected to be around $60 million.
