“I always wanted to provide an outdoor concept that brought memories of childhood backyard experiences,” Bonham told News 6.

The Yardery currently has two locations, one in Sanford and another in Mount Dora, but it was announced recently that the brand plans to open its third outpost in New Smyrna Beach.

“This location is special not only because of its beautiful setting but also because it allows us to become a part of the vibrant New Smyrna Beach community. We look forward to hosting local events, introducing unique menu items, and creating memorable experiences for our guests,” Bonham said in a prepared statement.

This new location plans to open in 2025, Bonham said. In addition, Bonham and her team have plans to build five locations across Florida, with the possibly of expansion in the Tampa area.

Meanwhile, each location is large, with the New Smyrna Beach spot dedicating roughly 11,000 square feet for the yard space and 2,000 square feet for the rooftop bar. The yard space is for outdoor dining and games such as football and cornhole, as well as a tire swing.
