The boundaries will be from Eau Gallie Boulevard to the property line of the Radisson Suite Oceanfront Hotel.

All dogs must be on leashes and owners must have current licenses and vaccinations in order to use the dog beach. Owners will also be responsible to pick up after their dogs.

The city says there will be no cost to use the dog beach but owners should also be aware no digging is allowed but if a dog digs up an area of sand, the owner is responsible for immediately filling the hole.

Also, there are no more than two dogs allowed per handler.
