ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man is in custody and another is at large after a deputy witnessed a shootout Saturday morning between two cars on Goldenrod Road, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

A deputy in the area near the intersection of Goldenrod Road and Curry Ford Road spotted someone in the black Cadillac and a driver in a silver Ford Focus exchange gunfire while driving, the Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies said the driver of the Ford Focus eventually crashed into a sign in front of a CVS store at the intersection of Goldenrod and Curry Ford.

Witnesses told deputies they saw the driver of the Ford Focus get out of the car and run into a wooded area behind a nearby Winn-Dixie.

A K-9 tracked the man and he is now in custody, deputies said.

The Sheriff's Office said the black Cadillac involved was last seen heading east on Curry Ford Road.

Police said they are also looking for a gray pickup truck that was seen driving behind the Cadillac during the shooting.
