CNL building could replace 'Round Building'

Possible change coming to Downtown Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – A new CNL building could soon be replacing the old "Round Building" in Downtown Orlando.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, "CNL Commercial Real Estate wants to build an office tower."

The proposed 10-story complex would be built on the corner of Orange Avenue and Anderson Street next to the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts.

According to the report, the developer plans to apply for approvals with the city by the end of the year and start construction next year.
