ORLANDO, Fla. – Five people were arrested Friday after narcotics and weapons were found in of a home owned by a city commissioner, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
A home on Baywood Avenue owned by Orlando City Commissioner Regina Hill was raided by deputies at 3:20 p.m. Friday.
Multiple people who were inside the home were detained and interviewed. Deputies said warrants were served after anonymous tips led to a two-month surveillance operation of the home. Probable cause was determined during the period which led to Friday's incident.
Deputies said although 10 people were detained, five people were arrested, including:
- Rakeem Hill, 27 -- charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of cannabis – less than 20 grams
- Richardson Bellefeur, 27 -- charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and obstructing a search warrant
- Teshawn Clarke, 19 -- charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell and possession of cannabis – more than 20 grams
- Omari Nembhard, 26 -- charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of cannabis – less than 20 grams
- Shaneika Jackson, 20 -- charged with possession of meth and obstructing a search warrant
Deputies recovered two semi-automatic handguns, including one that was stolen, 60 grams of methamphetamine, 152 grams of cannabis and 37 grams cocaine, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Jeff Williamson, spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, said some people tried to run from the home when a SWAT team arrived at 3:45 p.m. He said Regina Hill was not inside the home at the time, and it's not known if Hill resides here or if she rents the home to other people.
