Man tells woman he loves her, masturbates outside her window

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Officials arrested a man after a woman claimed he tried to break into her apartment and masturbated outside her window on Tuesday night.

The victim identified the suspect in a lineup as Tavoris A. Grant, 23. She said she found him trying to remove the screen from her window and told him to go away, but he wouldn't.

The victim told officers Grant told her he loved her several times, exposed his genitals and began masturbating while sticking his tongue out at her. She said he ejaculated on her sidewalk and then walked away.

Two days later, Grant was chased into an apartment unit after he was spotted peeking into another apartment. All three tenants in the apartment were detained and taken for a lineup, which is when the victim was able to point out Grant as the culprit.

Grant is charged with voyeurism, exposure of sexual organs and attempted burglar of an occupied structure.
