MELBOURNE, Fla. – A Melbourne man accused of killing his wife will make his first appearance before a judge since he was indicted on murder charges.

Eric Brian, 56, had been hospitalized since he was accused of killing killed Maribel Matos-Brian, 49, in October, authorities said.
