ORLANDO, Fla. – City officials and community members gathered Saturday to celebrate the community's Puerto Rican heritage and culture.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer joined District 2 City Commissioner Tony Ortiz at the Puerto Rican Parade and Festival in Downtown Orlando.
The parade began on the corner of Concord Street and Orange Avenue at 11 a.m. and lasted until 1 p.m., when a ceremony took place on stage.
Dyer shared the following pictures on Twitter during Saturday's event.
