Police respond to 'suspicious incident' at Cocoa Sam's Club

COCOA, Fla. – Officers responded to a suspicious incident at a Sam's Club store Saturday afternoon, according to the Cocoa Police Department.

Police said shortly after 12 p.m. that the scene was secure, but the store was evacuated until officials could clear the scene.

The scene was cleared just after 12:30 p.m., according to Cocoa police.

Authorities did not immediately provide any details about the incident, or say why it was being called "suspicious."
