Anthony Esposito, 48, and the 41-year-old victim were at the home when authorities arrived, records show. Police said Esposito came out of the home with his hands up and was taken into custody.

The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he is in serious but stable condition in the intensive care unit.

A witness who lives at the home said the victim was in the living room playing video games when he asked Esposito to stop making so much noise since Esposito was being loud and running around the house with his girlfriend, records show.

Police said that during the argument, Esposito grabbed a knife from the kitchen and stabbed the man in the torso. He then dropped the knife when he saw the victim's blood, according to the report.
