ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The Orange County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying a man who they said robbed two women at gunpoint near Baldwin Park and sexually battered one of them.
Deputies said the attack happened on Oct. 1 at 3 a.m. as the victims were walking into their apartment in the Avenues of Baldwin Park. The victims told deputies that a man forced his way into their home as they tried to shut the front door.
In Spanish the man demanded the victims' belongings, according to the report.
The man stole the women's cellphones, cash and credit cards before he sexually battered one of the women at gunpoint, according to the incident report. He then fled on foot.
Deputies described the man as Hispanic, in his 20s, 5 feet 2 inches or 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 120-130 pounds, with curly hair. He was last seen wearing a blue, zipped bomber jacket, blue jeans and a baseball cap.
