ORLANDO – Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting at an Orlando apartment complex on Sunday, according to the Orlando Police Department.
One of the victims said a man walked up to him in front of the El Camino Apartments and shot him intentionally, according to police.

A female was then struck on a ricochet from the first shot, police said.
Police on Monday identified the shooter as Matthew Thomas, 31, who was arrested on two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, tampering with evidence and resisting an officer without violence.
No other details have been released.
