Orange County firefighters quench ‘out of control’ grease fire

ORLANDO, Fla. – No one was injured Friday morning in a fire in an Orlando mobile home park, Orange County Fire Rescue said.

A department spokesperson told News 6 that a grease fire in the kitchen of a mobile home “got out of control” and “went into the wall.”

Two adults and a child safely escaped the home, officials said. The Red Cross has been called to assist the victims, the department said.

The fire was put out before 7:19 a.m., according to the department’s Twitter feed.
