ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orlando police officer and a civilian driver were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Saturday, according to the Orlando Police Department.
The crash occurred at the intersection of North Westmoreland Drive and West Amelia Street, police said. The officer collided with the other vehicle while driving in emergency mode to assist with another crash, according to a tweet from the department.

The officer and civilian are in stable condition, police say.
No other details were disclosed.
