CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. – You’re gonna hear me roar!
No, not Katy Perry, an 11-foot alligator that was being wrangled earlier this week in Florida.

The giant beast was under a Jeep in Charlotte County and Florida Wildlife and Conservation Commission officers were called to help remove it.
As an officer attempted to get control of the gator, it let out a loud, vicious roar and then did several “death rolls.”

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office posted video of the gator on Facebook, writing, “Have you ever heard an alligator ROAR? well, watch this! Earlier this week, deputies responded to a home on Oakland Hills Place in Rotonda around 1 in the morning after the homeowner found a gator underneath their Jeep. MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife were called out to assist and unbelievably enough, this 11′ 2″ gator took out the homeowner’s light pole. #welcometoSWFlorida.
No injuries were reported.
