ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida gas prices have fallen again to levels that have not been seen since February.
According to AAA, the average price per gallon is now $3.45 after dropping 9 cents last week.

“The oil market finished flat last week, which should enable the state average to continue moving lower,” AAA spokesman Mark Jenkins said in a news release. “Unless fundamentals shift, Florida’s average gas price should fall into the $3.30s this week.”
AAA said the price per gallon is $1.44 less than what drivers were paying in mid-June.
Prices are on a two-week decline and have fallen 17 cents over that span.

- Combine errands to limit driving time.
- Shop around for the best gas prices in your community.
- Consider paying cash. Some retailers charge extra per gallon for customers who pay with a credit card.
- Remove excess weight in your vehicle.
- Drive conservatively. Aggressive acceleration and speeding reduces fuel economy.
