Orlando Fire District Chief Mike Stallings Jr. said crews arrived as a large fire was burning in the back of the house. The fire was extinguished in about 20 minutes.
Stallings said the house sustained serious damage.
There was a very large response to the fire because crews were initially told the property was a foster home, Stallings said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
