An Ohio pizza shop is hiring, but there’s a catch.
Santino’s Pizzeria, a family-owned restaurant in Columbus, posted a sign outside the business reading, “Now hiring non-stupid people,” according to CBS News.

Co-owner Jayden Donigan told an ABC affiliate in Columbus that most customers have laughed at the sign, which has since gone viral on social media.
“It’s more humor than anything,” she said. “It’s not meant to target anyone or be rude.”
The owners said the sign was an attempt to hire employees after months of struggling to bring on new employees who are “reliable, on time” and don’t show up to work in sandals.
