Taste of Ormond returns for food-tastic weekend in Ormond Beach

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. – The Taste of Ormond will having you feeling like you’re on cloud wine, so make sure to clear your schedule this weekend.

The event will be showcasing various food items, beer and wine from some of the best restaurants in Ormond Beach at Rockefeller Gardens, 25 Riverside Drive. The event will be taking place on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.

The celebration will include food samples from nearly 24 restaurants, along with beer and wine samples. Attendees have the opportunity to sample unlimited food items from any restaurant, as there is no additional charge.

The food party will also feature live music and a charity raffle along with a wine tasting area. S.R. Perrott, a beverage wholesaler located in Ormond Beach, will be offering about 30 different beers, wine and hard seltzers.

For every table, two bottles of wine are given to share among all seated attendants.

Tickets are still available for purchase, with single tickets priced $75 and VIP seating priced at $85. An entire table at the event seats 10 people and can be purchased for $700 or $800, for a VIP table.

The event is also used as a fundraiser to help Ormond Beach Mainstreet, a nonprofit organization that helps support and grow the beach’s downtown district.

The money raised will help local businesses with grants and event planning in the historic district‚ according to the event’s website.
