Human remains found in 3 suitcases in Florida

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – Human remains were found Friday in several suitcases in Florida, according to law enforcement officials.

The Delray Beach Police Department said officers found a suitcase containing human remains in the Intracoastal Waterway.

Later, the department said police found two other suitcases nearby that also held human remains.

The victim was determined to be a 5-foot-4 white or Hispanic middle-aged woman with brown hair. She possibly had tattooed eyebrows and was wearing a floral tank top with a black undershirt and black mid-thigh shorts.

The human remains were taken to the medical examiner’s office.
