The father of Casey Anthony took a lie detector test on a new A&E show about the 2008 death of his granddaughter, Caylee Anthony.
Casey Anthony’s Parents: The Lie Detector Test debuted Thursday night on the cable network.
Casey Anthony stood trial for the death of her 2-year-old daughter but was acquitted of murder in July 2011.
Years later, people are still questioning what happened to Caylee Anthony. There has been widespread speculation about Casey Anthony’s father, and what role he may have played.
George Anthony has denied any wrongdoing, and A&E revealed the results of his polygraph test.
“Did you actively cause Caylee’s disappearance?” George Anthony was asked.
“No,” he answered.
“Did you knowingly conceal Caylee’s whereabouts?”
“No.”
“Did you place Caylee’s body in the ground?”
“No.”
“The results of that examination, George, you passed that exam.”
