Prosecutors claimed Traci Isaacs was a member of the alt-right group The Oath Keepers when she was arrested in 2022.

Investigators claimed she, her husband and a friend made entry to the U.S. Capitol Rotunda, where she took selfies on her cell phone.
They claimed she later deleted those photos.
Isaacs pleaded guilty to destroying records in federal court last year.

Friday morning, her attorney asked the court to sentence her to home confinement.
Instead, Judge Dabney J. Friedrich sentenced her to one year and one day in prison followed by one year of supervised release, $2,000 in restitution and a $100 special assessment.
Her friend who was with her that day, Leslie Gray, faced the same sentence last year, and her husband, Luis Hallon, was previously sentenced to two years’ probation for his actions.
