FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A new survey going out next week will ask for input on Flagler County beach management.
You’ll receive the survey, which goes out on Monday, Feb. 12, from the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners in a text that seeks to gauge community input on a potential beach nourishment program, according to a release.

Commission Chair Andy Dance stressed the importance of getting input from residents throughout the entire county.
“It is critical that we get input from our residents across the county,” Dance said in a release. “We need to know from everyone how you use the beaches, and the value that you place on them,”
The county said one of the biggest questions on the survey is, “How do you feel about a Beach Nourishment Program to maintain the beaches in Flagler County?”
The survey will ask the community different questions relating to the health and management of Flagler County beaches.
“All residents and businesses are not only invited to participate but encouraged to do so,” the release said.
The survey is confidential and will contain the Flagler County logo. An example of what it looks like is pictured at the top of this story.
