Missing child alert canceled, Florida 3-year-old is safe, officials say

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla.UPDATE: A missing child alert issued this week by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has been canceled.

Zeppelin Bell, the 3-year-old Lithia boy who was reported missing on Monday, is safe, according to a statement from FDLE on Wednesday.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Florida 3-year-old child was reported missing on Monday, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

In a missing child alert, investigators said that the child — Zeppelin Bell — was last seen near the 8600 block of Pritcher Road in Lithia.

Additionally, the child was last seen wearing a blue shirt and green boxer briefs, the alert says.

The 3-year-old could be in the company of 49-year-old Kelley Bell, and they might be traveling to New Mexico, investigators announced.

According to the alert, Kelley Bell might have tattoos on his right arm, shoulder, and right calf.
