Court records show that Henry and James Cox are accused of producing and uploading child pornography out of the home.

James Cox was arrested Tuesday morning. He appeared in court that afternoon and was ordered to remain in jail. It is not clear whether Henry Cox was arrested, as well. News 6 has learned that the medical examiner was called to the home, but we have been unable to confirm the reason why.

St. Cloud police first received a tip in November about child pornography being uploaded to the internet from an IP address associated with James Cox. A search warrant was executed on the home on Jan. 19.

James Cox admitted to looking at child pornography online and uploading pictures to search engines in order to find similar images, documents show. Henry Cox denied any involvement, agents said.

Investigators said they found images and videos on devices showing children both inside the home and in public restrooms. Agents believe Henry Cox produced the sex abuse material while James Cox uploaded it online.
