“Walk through the mural maze and streets to gander and vote on your favorite muralist as they paint right in front of you, all while helping them win prizes. Guests this year will have the opportunity to take home some of the murals as well as prints of their favorite walls in an effort to help support the artists,” officials said about the event.
Kyle Trent, the event director told News 6 the artists will be painting several buildings between Brevard Avenue and A1A South.
“The festival was conceived by my brother and I out of the necessity for artists to do what they love for a living. We are always looking for ways to help build artists to a platform that allows them to succeed and enjoy life,” Trent said. “On top of leaving behind a legacy of murals ingrained into the Space Coast our Space Coast Mural Map is another avenue that we hope continues to help artists strive in many ways for years to come.”
In addition to live music and food trucks, there will also be an in-person and streamed event with the ability to vote for your favorite art.
Officials from the event said their mission is to beautify the towns on the Space Coast “one wall at a time.”
