“While many city departments have been affected, city government remains open and is operating as best as possible until the issue is resolved. In-person payments for Parks and Recreation events and services are temporarily cash-only. Online facility reservation payments and online event registrations are still accepting credit card payments,” the city said in an update.

The police department and fire rescue are still responding to calls for service.

Payments to external utility providers are not impacted by the cyberattack.

An incident response team began working with the city immediately after the cyberattack “to assist us in resuming normal operations as quickly as possible,” officials said on Tuesday.

Law enforcement is investigating the incident.
