MELBOURNE, Fla. – Get those green thumbs on over to the downtown Melbourne Botanical Fest which promises more plants than puns that I can come up with.
Celebrate all that spring has to offer at this event happening Saturday, April 13, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. in historic downtown Melbourne.
“Join us for a captivating Botanical Fest in downtown Melbourne, where nature’s wonders come alive in a vibrant celebration of flora. Immerse yourself in a kaleidoscope of colors and fragrances as you wander main street and engage with vendors that showcase the beauty and importance of botanical diversity,” the event’s website read in part.

The free, family-friendly event is a budding romance between plants and people. It will make your heart skip a beet.
